Refund & Return Policy
Here at Soleil records we appreciate you’re business and support for the independent Artist. If you’re product is defective
unopened, we give you 30 days from the date we shipped your order to return a product purchased from us for either a store
credit or a refund of the purchase price. Because of Manufacture restrictions media and software products(such as CD’s,
video s DVD, Cassettes, and floppy disk must be unopened in their original manufactured sealed plastic shrink-wrap to
be returnable. Please include a copy of your packing slip and a brief explanation of the reason for your return or the
defect in the product.
